A modern material pallete of engineered wood and stone is set against concrete ceilings, its minimalist colour composition best expressed by a monochromatic kitchen and the use of black joinery elements. The design is thoughtful without intending to be so, with its stylised approach embracing restrained form-making and understated simplicity.
